All,
Roger and Buzz raise significant issues. Those issues certainly need to
be addressed in the negotiations with the SA on the future of the Get802 program.
That said, what 802 can do about certain of the issues if the program
falls apart turns, in my mind, on what the agreement was with the SA and
in what form the agreement was recorded. Were any of these items dealth
with in the agreement? Was the agreement verbal or is there a more
"objective" record of the agreement?
