RE: [802SEC] Submission of 802.17a to Revcom




Mike,

Roger is correct, an SEC motion is not needed.  802.17 should presubmit
the PAR to NesCom, I agree to this action.  

Jodi Haasz and NesCom is very familiar with this process and understands
there may be minor tweaks to the PAR after the November plenary session.

I was a little confused by your message; the title says RevCom, but you
meant NesCom.

Anyway, NesCom presubmission is like RevCom presubmission. In both
cases, you don't need a motion to do it; you just need the SEC Chair to
OK it.
