[802SEC] IEEE Std 802.16 is now a free download!

Dear 802.16,

Here is some cool news:

IEEE Standard 802.16-2001 is now available for free download:
	http://standards.ieee.org/getieee802/802.16.html
from the "Get IEEE 802" program.

Notice: This is a new version of the standard resulting from a change of trademark policy at IEEE-SA (a change that was instigated and advocated by the 802 SEC). The "IEEE-SA Trademark Usage/Compliance Statement" has been deleted, and the use of trademark symbols has been revised. These changes have not affected the core standard; everything seems to lay out on the same page as it did before.
