[802SEC] Removal of drafts from the email archive and web site

Roger Marks pointed out that the message from Matthew Shoemake contained
a zip file with the 802.11g draft enclosed.  This became part of the 802
email archive.  I have asked Luigi to remove the zip file from the
archive.  The message will remain.

I have also deleted from the web site the two zip files I made
available, that also contained 802.11g drafts.
