I would like to
schedule an EMS session for March. Since My Ballot is going into full use our
Working Group leadership will benefit from getting the information at this
meeting.
The topic will
be:
Integration of My
Ballot into existing ballot resolution tools.
David Law will
present a case study from experiences integrating My Ballot into the existing
IEEE 802.3 ballot resolution tools. Most of our working groups have existing
tools that they use to efficiently resolve a large volume of comments. The My
Ballot system uses formats and defined fields that are somewhat different from
the formats in our existing tools. To help those who will be administering
resolution of My Ballot based ballots, David will discuss the adaptations he
needed to make to interface between My Ballot and the IEEE 802.3 comment data
base tool.
