Mat,

I will vote against these P&P changes, without corrections/changes that
I have previously requested.

Procedures and Process:
As I indicated in an earlier email, the text about an approved motion
being "rescinded" in clause 21 does not seem to have any support in any
of our P&P or in Robert's Rules. I have asked for clarification of how
this would be accomplished, under whose authority a claim that the
required material is not available can be made, and how the motion is
actually "rescinded".

I cannot support this change.

WG_LMSC_Organization:
My additional comments on 7.2 have not been addressed. This clause now
reads that the EC might hold some "veto" power after approval of a PAR
by IEEE-SA SB. Delete "When determined appropriate by the EC".

Folks,

Here they are. I have attached 5 files which are the fully updated P&P
Revisions. Note that the revision titled 'WG Term Limits" is one
paragraph divided from the WG Membership and Meetings ballot per Bob
Grow's request.

Please review these files. If you do not believe you can vote 'APPROVE'
on some of the files, please let me know by WEDNESDAY! Please also let
me know what particular text offends you. I will divide out any
controversial text and have it voted separately. That way we can still
get some productive changes through.

Regards,

Mat
