[802SEC] P802.1Q Revision PAR
802.1Q has reached the "too many amendments" threshold, and therefore
802.1 will be requesting permission to forward a revision PAR out of
the March meeting. The draft text is here:

As this is a maintenance activity, I assume that the 30-day
pre-circulation rule does not apply.
