Please add the ongoing problem of the timely sales of drafts to the 
agenda (perhaps as item 1.3)
This would include:
    a) Drafts approved for sale by the WG Chair (generally WG Ballot 
drafts and all later)
    b) All Sponsor Ballot and later drafts
