David,
Before I jump in with both feet a question....
Is this supposed to be a basic statement of intent to be nice and share information
Or
Something closer to a prescriptive plan of engagement?
If the former then the language is perhaps adequate
If the later the I would make several changes.
Please clarify the intent.
