[802SEC] notice: P1905.1 recirc timeline

Dear EC Members,

Please see the below email from Paul Houze, the P1905.1 chair, regarding the recirculation plans for their draft. It looks like the recirculation period may overlap with our upcoming 802 plenary session.  As appropriate, please plan your meeting schedules to account for this possibility.

Regards,

Paul,

P1905.1 WG will have a teleconference meeting on November 6th. The 2nd recirculation will be issued very shortly after this meeting, and the 802 balloters will be informed on time by email. If there is a 3rd recirculation, I expect that it will start at the end of November/beginning of December.

Regards,

Paul

Noelle,

Thanks for the reply, as WG chair, I expect PaulH should be able to respond given Soo Kim is not able to.

I will have to defer to Paul Houze to reply to this message as I don't have the project schedule.

In fact, Soo Kim is the project manager assigned to this WG, and I am just monitoring. Soo is on vacation until 26 October (getting married).

Thank you.

Dear Noelle and Paul,

Please let me know what the timeline for the next recirculation of the P1905.1 sponsor ballot draft is, as I need to inform the 802 members.

If you have an updated overall project schedule, that would be nice to have as well.

Regards,
