It is closer to $500 per attendee as we generally are running a little under 1000 attendees for plenaries (unless we are expecting unusually low attendance in Beijing)

Yes, but remember the targets we set last year for venues like this were 
for meeting space to be less than $350,000 if possible.  We are around 
$325k for that at current exchange rates, the rest is because F&B is 
higher(at least it is only 15% higher than it was when we met there 3 years 
ago).  The difference between then and now is we had a sponsor who paid for 
it and a better exchange rate.  Bottom line, if we want the Non US, NNA 
venues at more affordable prices, we need sponsors. If we can not find 
sponsors, we said we would self sponsor.
