We are trying to finalize the logistics for the meeting, and confirm the attendance.

I note that I do not see a Hotel reservation for John D'Ambrosia, Max Regiel, Mike Lynch, Apurva Mody,  or Geoff Thompson. Please make your Hotel Reservations soon.
There is a reservation record for the other members of the EC.

If there is a WG Vice-Chair that is expecting to attend, I need to know their name as well.

We have 20 seats for this event.  I have only 2 or 3 seats left to assign.
