[802SEC] Fwd: IEEE Listserv Maintenance Planned Next Wednesday Evening

Here is the official word on the maintenance event that Christina noted in our IEEE-SA/802 IT issues meeting last week that I provided a heads up to the pending.

Dear IEEE List Owner,

On March 12th from 5 - 9 pm ET, The  IEEE Listserv servers will be undergoing maintenance to improve stability and availability of the service. There are no changes to the service. Access to the mailing list management interface and functionality will remain the same.


During the maintenance window you will experience the following:

  • The management interface to manage  mailing lists will be unavailable

  • Email sent to any Listserv mailing lists will experience delayed delivery of up to 4 hours.  

  • All messages will remain queued until they can be delivered, no email loss is expected


After the maintenance work is completed List owners will be notified by email of the completion. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact IEEE E-Mail Support Team.
