[802SEC] Updates to P&P, WG P&P and Chair's Guidelines posted

In the IEEE Closing plenary, the EC approved changes to the IEEE 802
LMSC Policies and Procedures (P&P), the IEEE 802 LMSC Working Group
Policies and Procedures (WG P&P) and the IEEE 802 LMSC Chair's
Guidelines and EC Policy Decisions (CG) (previously known as the IEEE
802 LMSC Chair's Guidelines)
The changes to the WG P&P (v15) and CG (v16) are in effect as of 6 pm,
21 March 2014.
The P&P changes have been submitted to AudCom and won't take effect
until they are approved by AudCom.
The documents can be found at http://www.ieee802.org/devdocs.shtml. In
addition, for the WG P&P and CG, redline documents that show the changes
from the previously approved documents.
