Thanks for considering the 802.3 comment, and answering "Yes" to 6.1.b. You didn't though fill in the field "If yes, please explain;". Something like "The RAC reviewed the 2016 revision, but it may want to review for correct and consistent usage of registry terms." would make the RAC Chair happy (personal opinion, not an 802.3 recommendation).
