Dear EC,
I would like to thank everyone for the replies on this ballot. In accordance with 4.1.2 on Voting rules of the IEEE project 802 LAN/MAN Standards Committee (LMSC) Operations Manual this ballot is closed. Please see below for results of the ballot, and per 7.2.1 for the results, the “Motion passes”. This document is now ready for the developing country regulators per the original request and others as needed.

and a slide was added to the document, hence the ECM re-start. This EC motion is per 802 OM 7.2 Procedure for communication with government bodies. updated Motion: To approve document

developing country regulators, though in RR-TAG discussions these viewpoints could be for other appropriate stakeholders also.
Paul has delegated to me to conduct an EC electronic ballot on the motion below.
