[802SEC] IEEE Statement on Participation of Members/Volunteers on BIS Entity List and FAQ

Dear 802 EC members,

Please forward to your groups the attached communications from IEEE and IEEE Standards Association regarding guidance for volunteers participating in IEEE and IEEE SA activities that may be affiliated with entities on the U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security "Entity List".
