Re: [802SEC] ballot closed : +++ 10-day EC Motion+++ (#2) Approval of ex parte to the FCC on a UWB Petition for Rule Making

Jay

The motion passes.

In 7.1 it says "provided a majority of all the Voting Members of the Sponsor responded." for electronic means.

A majority of the voting members responded. The ballot is valid

You had 100% approval, so it meets either majority or two-thirds requirement.

Dear LMSC,

I would like to thank everyone that replied on this ballot.

However, in accordance with 4.1.2 on Voting rules of the IEEE project 802
LAN/MAN Standards Committee (LMSC) Operations Manual, this ballot is
closed, and for results of the ballot, per 7.2., the ???Motion fails???. This
is due to lack of responses.
