Glenn,

In the interest of saving precious closing EC meeting time, I'll grant an exception to include the below items on the consent agenda if you follow the below procedure (except for the 1pm Wednesday deadline is extended to 4pm Wednesday). This exception goes for any other EC member as well.

Regards,

John,

I do not understand.  Please advise what procedure I did not follow.

If you are referring to “Motion text must be provided” there is no indication that this must be pasted into the email.

The motion text was provided in a mentor file as 8021 has always done:

Cheers,

Glenn.

Glenn,

Please note that I sent an email out last night regarding the proper procedure for requesting consent agenda items

Please see the following email - http://ieee802.org/secmail/msg23923.html.

Therefore, I can’t add these items to the consent agenda.

Please consider grouping items together where appropriate.

Regards

John D’Ambrosia
