IEEE 802.11 Mandatory Technical Letter Ballot 287 for P802.11bk Draft 3.0 opens today and closes 2024-08-15 at 23:59 ET IEEE 802.11 Voters, With this email, the 802.11 Working Group is officially beginning WG Technical Letter Ballot 287 (LB287), asking the question: "Shall WG11 forward P802.11bk D3.0 to Standards Association (SA) Ballot?" The WG motion approving this recirculation WGLB was approved in the WG11 July 2024 mid-week plenary meeting, see https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/24/11-24-0995-04-0000-july-2024-working-group-motions.pptx. This Letter Ballot opens today and will close 15 days later on Thursday August 15, 2024 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59pm). All necessary documents are available in the instructions on the IEEE 802.11 web site at https://www.ieee802.org/11/LetterBallots/LB287bk/LB287_instructions.html. Important: o This is a 15-day Technical letter ballot and the ballot group (i.e., those that may vote) for this ballot consists of the voters in the ballot pool. o Please see the list of voters in this ballot pool at https://www.ieee802.org/11/LetterBallots/LB287bk/LB287_voters_list.xls. o If you cast a "Do not approve" vote on this ballot, it must be accompanied by comments for your vote to be valid. o You must follow these instructions to vote.
