Due to scheduling conflicts and restrictions during the upcoming 802.11 Interim Week Meeting
(Sept 14-18) we can not hold the AANI SC Teleconference at our usual meeting time, therefore I have proposed 3 possible times for the teleconference, I believe that none of these times will satisfy all of us, so I will let the majority rule. Hence I have created a Doodle Poll to choose between the 3 options:
Option 1) 15 September at 00:00-02:00 h EDT, 21:00-23:00 PDT, 13:00-15:00 KST, 06:00-08:00 CEST, and 09:30-11:30 IST
Option 2) 15 September at 11:15-13:15 h EDT, 8:15-10:15 PDT, 00:15-02:15 KST, 17:15-19:15 CEST, and 20:45-22:45 IST
Option 3) 15 September at 19:00-21:00 h EDT, 16:00-18:00 DTD, 08:00-0=10:00 KST, 01:00-3:00 CEST, and 04:30-6:30 IST
If you plan on attending the AANI SC meeting please share your preference for meeting time by voting for all the times that are acceptable to you. Note: the date is15 September is EDT, it may be different in other time zones. Also note, that the majority of teleconferences will be scheduled during the 09:00-11:00 h EDT time slot and the 802.11 Plenary Teleconferences will likely be on Monday (9/14) and Friday (9/18) in the 09:00-11:00 h EDT time slot.
Please respond to the doodle poll before 23:59 h, 20 August, AoE (anyware on earth):
The agenda for this Teleconference will be available on or before 31 August, the main topic of discussion is anticipated to be the "final" review of the "Draft technical report on interworking between 3GPP 5G network & WLAN", 11-20/0013. A Comment Collection (due to close Wednesday August 19,
2020 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59pm)) on 11-20/0013r5 is currently ongoing. The agenda may be impacted by the number of comments received and the progress made in resolving the comments. There are currently 3 scheduled AANI SC teleconferences prior to this Interim Week Teleconference that are dedicated to comment resolution: Tuesday 25 August @ 9:00 h EDT, Tuesday 1 September @ 9:00 h EDT, and Tuesday 8
September @ 9:00 h EDT, hopefully this will be adequate to resolve all received comments.
