[STDS-802-11-ARC] Add L4S to ARC agenda next week

I am proposing to add an (active) agenda item to actually talk about the L4S integration and the liaison from WBA, in the ARC meetings next week.  I know this has been “on hold” for several sessions, waiting to see what TGbn (or even REVmf) would do with the information we received from WBA.  Now that the TGbn D1.0 is out, I think their work lays some key foundation, but there are still gaps in my opinion.

 

So, I’d like to present: https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/25/11-25-1539-00-0arc-remaining-gaps-in-l4s-support.pptx, and see what the group feels about proceeding with additional work (or suggesting that TGbn and/or REVmf do so).

 

Thus,

1. I would appreciate any feedback ahead of the session, if anyone has comments on the presentation – especially anybody who can’t attend ARC to discuss it.
2. To that point, I’d also like to see when it would be a good meeting slot in ARC to discuss this, for those who would like to be there.  We probably should avoid the TGbn meetings, so that leaves Tues PM1 (against TGbq, TGbp and AIML) or Thurs AM2 (against TGbq, TGbi and UCM).  If anyone has a preference/suggestion, please let me know.

 

Otherwise, please review the presentation if you have a chance (it is very high-level and short!).  And, I’ll talk to you next week.
