--- This message came from the IEEE 802.11 Chairs' Advisory Committee Reflector ---
Adrian/CAC, My comments are in the context of how this would actually work in practice. I can’t imagine that there is any practical way that all the chairs will have ‘real’ agendas 30 days ahead of the meeting, when we can barely have a good guess a few days before and a truly useful agenda the
night before, currently. So, following option 2, I would imagine an approximate, but pretty generic (much like what we send to Bruce currently), agenda would get posted 30 days ahead. Bruce’s agenda could point to these, preferably
without revision number (is that okay)? Then, the chair can continue to refine and update the document using revisions, like we do now with our individual agendas. Bottom line, really no difference from exactly what we do currently, except that Bruce’s agenda
would have pointers to our actual, operating agendas, which would be nice I suppose. Mark From: *** IEEE stds-802-11-cac List *** [mailto:STDS-802-11-CAC@xxxxxxxx]
