Dear CAC, Please note that the opening dignitary event will be inserted on Monday and hence we will go with Jon’s r2 plan for meeting times. Also note that the AF sponsor ballot has now been started. No one on the call today had a problem with shifting the Sunday Sep 15 start time to 5:30 pm. However, some missed the call……..Is there anyone in the CAC that was planning to attend the 6:30pm event but would not be able to attend a 5:30pm CAC meeting start?
