the most recent virtual meeting of the IEEE 802 and IETF leadership teams was
Sept 30 - Jon & Dorothy to attend– Bruce & Donald won’t attend???
i. Meeting took place.
ii. Group maintains list of items of interest.
iii. An item was added related to CAPWAP extensions
iv. An item was added related to PAWS.
v. We’ll be asked to comment on these docs in due course.
vi. Action: Mark to include IETF PAWS & CAPWAP on the Arc agenda.

Have had a number of calls. Revisited schedule. Focussing on a comprehensive report that includes simulations and field tests. Need to review position in december and forward to FCC
to show progress.

PAR and 5C requires 30 days notice. Study group requires no notice in EC.

Forecast of November EC items

Notice of any new Study Groups that may require EC approval – something from WNG?
i. 2 possible presentations. Neither will ask for study group.

i. Yes. 2nd renewal can be on consent. Need 1 slide explanation to go in closing report.
