--- This message came from the IEEE 802.11 Chairs' Advisory Committee Reflector ---
Dear all, I have been getting conflicting messages about the state of the WebEx telecon trial. Last week I was told it was off, and sent a message to this reflector. Now it is apparently on. I have submitted requests for all 802.11 telecons, so please don’t make any individual requests. I will post the coordinates when known. If I have the coordinates they will be in the 802.11 calendar, and I will have sent the host key to the chair of the meeting. If you haven’t heard anything and you have a meeting shortly, please go ahead and get a bridge using your previous method and let me know. I suspect we’ll have a mixture of volunteer-supplied and IEEE bridges until we get this process worked out. An alternative is that each TG chair fills in the form for their TG and lets me know of their coordinates. I have no magic powers here, I just manually fill in a form for each telecon, so If you do this, you’ll be saving me a job in future. But we do need to coordinate which of these two options are pursued to avoid the end of life as we know it in the universe.
