Re: [STDS-802-11-CAC] 802.11 presentation to EC on 802.11's 5G-related activities.

--- This message came from the IEEE 802.11 Chairs' Advisory Committee Reflector ---

All,

Given that this is an informational item for the EC - not taking a position, or making predictions of future events success/failure - it seems valuable to me to provide the information that one topic for discussion will be more spectrum, and by having IEEE 802.11 part of that discussion we have the opportunity for potential benefit. This can be presented as a possibility, and note that future actions are pending.

G'day Andrew,

Given Peter's information, I see it differently. Adrian can provide EC another update when things are certain in WRC-15 (given that there is a high chance EC will have another meeting in January interim).

Regards,
Edward
