[STDS-802-11-CAC] 802.11 Room Change Request for 2016 March Macau 802 Plenary - from CAC call 8 February 2016

   Attached is our meeting request file version 2.
   It has marked the changes in Yellow.
   The summary of the changes are here:
Move TGax from Monday AM1 to Monday Evening (change name to TGax-Adhoc 1)
Add TGax-Adhoc 2 to Monday Evening
Move TGak from Monday AM1 to Monday Evening
Change room size for TGaq to 100 if possible (60 may do)
Add TGak to Thursday PM2
Change 802.11 Opening Plenary start time to 10:30am
