Jiamin,

          thank you for letting me know and I now see what the problem is.  The file name of the 11aj minutes has a spelling mistake and is called "...-meeting-minites...".  If you then perform a search, in mentor, for file names containing the word "minute", these documents do not appear in the results.  Would it be possible to revise the documents to r1 and then change the file name please?  Thanks.
