All Working Group meeting space requests for the November plenary are due by end of the day, Thursday, September 22, 2016.

Attached is a template based on the July plenary for you to use.  In addition, for your referral we included is a tab with the meeting space we currently have on hold.  Please note:  meeting rooms assigned are subject to change and Working Groups may have to share meeting space.  If you require additional space or different space then assigned to your WG, please include it on your request and we will work with all the chairs and the hotel to ensure your WG requirements are met as best as possible.

Kindly use the attached template to submit your requests.
