Should we prepare for any TGaj motions in the November session, such as conditional approval to proceed to RevCom? 5. TGaq ballot status a. RC5 received 16 comments b. RAC have stated PAR needs to be modified c. Possible that might need to remove quite a lot of material 6. Press Releases a. LC SG sent to EC for review b. TGaj press release ready for EC approval c. Asked IEEE-SA marketing to start 802.11aq and 802.11ak balls rolling 7. Review room graphic 8. Approvals from EC telecon – Dorothy a. JTC1 802 status document approved b. JTC1 Head of delegation for Oct JTC1 meeting appointed (Andrew Myles) c. IEEE-wide effort looking at privacy (“GDPR” EU rules changes in May 2018) – Jon Rosdahl d. Paul had asked when 802.11ax oversight by SASB will no longer be in place. Standards board will discuss this on Dec agenda. 9. Response from PatCom a. Response from PatCom secretary suffices. Chair’s action is complete. 10. Identify any possible discussion topics a. None identified so far 11. Logistics update a. Action: Adrian review Darcel’s agenda. 12. Round Table a. TGaq follows TGmd. Will drop and reform join.me. b.
