Sorry Jonathan,
Unless another group releases a Wed PM2 slot (or other slot Wed PM1, or any time Thurs), There is no room to give you.
This is also the case for Thurs pm1 (no open room)
The only open slots that are usable that could be assigned during Wednesday Plenary would be Thursday PM2, and you are already assigned a meeting during that slot time.
Regrettably,
Jon

Is that relevant for Thu. Pm1 as well?
If so can the groip ask for Wed. AM1 as additional slot ? Admittedly without going through the plenary meeting?

Subject: Additional Meeting Slot for TGaz
CAUTION: This email originated from outside of the organization.
Hi Jon,
In preparation of the mid-week plenary meeting, TGaz would like to ask for an additional meeting slot for the week.
Preferably the meeting resource allocation can accommodate Wed. PM2 time slot.
