Hi Jon,
The ask for 30 was based on my expectations at the end of the March meeting, but as you know Dorothy received a “proposal” from Jun Lei and AANI SC is now conducting weekly teleconferences to address the potential additional work. If there is interest in pursuing the proposal then I don’t think a room of 30 will be adequate as more members will probably want to attend the meetings, I would guess 45-60 would be adequate. But, there is the possibility that there will be little or no interest and that 30 will be adequate and AANI will only require 1 or 2 sessions. But, given the level of interest the last time this was discussed in AANI I think we should plan for a larger room (45-60). Sorry, if this makes things difficult – but I won’t really know until I see how things develop.

If you want 45, then we should include that in your normal ask.
Given it is 35, that was the rationale for asking if you could maybe fit in the room for 30 with extra chairs on Friday.

Hello Jon, Joseph, Jonathan,
Since a larger room (45 vs 30) is available Tues AM1, can we put AANI in the larger room?
For Thursday AM1, Jonathan, can TGaz work with a room for 30? If not, no problem, will keep TGaz in the 45 person room.
