thanks for this. We were facing exactly the same issue.
Just to throw in my comments here.
We should add a note to clarify exactly which motion would have to be run in a task group before bringing the motion to the WG (on behalf of the task group).
Maybe something like:
>> The following motions should be run in a TG and is then subsequently brought by the TG Chair on behalf of the TG for reconfirmation to the WG. <<
The current text causes confusion / discussion in a TG as “a task group cannot move that ’the IEEE 802.11 WG approves’ “
