Impact by SA tool update? Current working view is myproject update cutover will be in January/February 2020 Pool formation not expected to be impacted
iv. TGay SB pool expires– Jan 3, 2020; Goal is to use this valid pool, start 11md, 11ax, 11ay, 11ba SA ballots out of November.

Ballots
a.
Expected out of the September meeting: Updates
i. TGmd -60 comments remaining; D3.0 out of Sept; recirculate unchanged; Initial SB on D3.0. Effectively have Oct-Nov-Dec for identification of initial SB comments. Draft available
October 5-13.
ii. TGax – Target is recirculation (15 day) with D5.0 out of Sept, 180 (approx.) CIDs remain. Possible additional D6.0 needed. MDR underway, expect completion in September. October
4 draft available.
iii. TGba – 40 CIDs remain – expect ballot out of Sept with D4.0; 15 day recirculation. Possible additional D5.0 needed. MDR still needs to be completed. October 4th draft
available.
iv. TGaz - 280 CIDs remain, ad-hoc planned; 30-50% probability out of Sept. Current working view: next TGaz ballot out of November/January. MDR still needs to be done.
v. TGay – 2 CIDs left; Recirculation planned out of September (mid-week) since last scheduled timeslot is Weds AM. MDR completed. Draft available Sept 23rd.
vi. 4 ballots, all recirculations. Scheduling AY – Sept 23 – Oct 8 (15 days), 11ax & 11ba – Oct 4 – Oct 19 (15 days); . 11md 20 days, 15 days min required: Oct 12 – Nov 6
