Hi Mark, I do plan to add the TGbe telecons. I was holding off because today’s TGbe call is a bit of an experiment.
We have a backup plans for using zoom (with more capacity but a less useful poll feature) and joinme (no poll capability). Anyway, I was holding off a bit to see how today goes. Regarding the conflicts; we have platform options here: Seat 3 webex (dedicated to 802.11), Seat 4 webex (shared with .18, .19), zoom (one seat), join me. I will assume that the intent is to run the telecons in parallel and then assign
separate platforms. The chairs can discuss rescheduling if they want to avoid conflicts. -Robert From: mark.hamilton2152@xxxxxxxxx <mark.hamilton2152@xxxxxxxxx>
Hi, Robert, First, a huge thank you to you (and Stephen, and everyone) for trying to keep up with the telecon schedulings/changes! Secondly, when you have a chance, can you please catch up the 802.11 web page schedule (is that also the Google calendar?) with the additional calls that TGbe scheduled (see email from Alfred, later in the day on March 9)? And, finally, Alfred and Tony, it looks like those added TGbe calls have conflicts with all the SENS SG calls in April. Can we fix that? (Do we have a WebEx problem, if we don’t fix that?) Subgroup Chairs: I have setup the telecons per Stephen’s consolidated schedule. Please check. Everything is on the 802.11 calendar here:
https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?src=""> The webex telecons are on the 802 Seat 3 calendar here:
https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?src=""> As Stephen notes in his slides, there are two conflicts: On March 17 at 10:00 ET, both TGbc and TGbd have a webex telecon On March 20 at 10:00 ET, both TGbd and TGmd have a webex telecon We can resolve by changing the date, time or platform. Or look into using 802 Seat 4. I was not sure of the intent on the TGbe telecons, but I have set up parallel MAC and PHY telecons for all three dates (March 16, 19 and 18). 3 hours each. As in the past, I have put the PHY on webex and the MAC on join.me. We can look
into using 802 Seat 4 for these dates/times instead of join.me if webex is preferable for running strawpolls. -Robert From: Stephen McCann <mccann.stephen@xxxxxxxxx>

Dear all, I've put together this slide summarizing all the upcoming teleconferences for the next few weeks: <https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/20/11-20-0377-02-0000-march-2020-teleconference-information.pptx> Please note that this is not related to any motion. It has been created from all the teleconference emails that have been sent out recently, each providing the required 10 day notice. I will try to update this slide, as more teleconference
emails appear. Jon and Robert will now start to allocate bridges for each call (Webex, Join.me etc) and also update the calendar on the <http://www.ieee802.org/11> web-page. Kind regards Stephen To unsubscribe from the STDS-802-11 list, click the following link:
