IMAT information is still required by the Chair and Secretary to verify motion voting (polls), so please continue to send the IMAT information.

 

It may be helpful to clearly state the IMAT data should not be used to provide attendance lists in the minutes and should only be used for motion verification.

The WG11 minutes will include the attendance  record of the November session as recorded in IMAT.
Subgroup minutes should not include attendance, just as in the face-to-face Plenary/Interim sessions.
