regarding sub-group minutes, please ensure that these are uploaded to mentor within 30 days of Friday's closing plenary.
An attendance list does not need to be within sub-group minutes for any meeting that occurred within the 802.11 interim/plenary meeting. This is because the WG minutes contains a single list of everyone who attended any 802.11 meeting during the interim/plenary meeting and it references all the sub-group minutes.
However, for teleconferences (outside of interim/plenary meetings), an attendance list is required within those minutes.
My advice is therefore to have separate sub-group minutes for the weekly teleconferences as opposed to the electronic meetings that occur during interim/plenary meetings.
I'd also like to mention that I really appreciate all the work completed by the sub-group secretaries. Thanks.
