Have TGay awardees from Edward – award ceremony timeframe July after approval. Publication expected late June.

Direct Vote Tool – not discussed

Tool uses the voter list, eliminates the post-vote validation

Future meetings

electronic format – March 5 EC teleconference;
i. There will be a fee charged: $50 early/$75 late;
ii. No fee or registration for the May meeting. July meeting registration to open 10 May
iii. As for in-person, check afterwards if fee not paid. Validate with current list. Any loss of voting rights is applied after the meeting.

September meeting in person or electronic – Will be electronic per decision at May 5th WCSC teleconference. See the announcement email and referenced document in
https://www.ieee802.org/11/email/stds-802-11/msg05357.html . Future discussion request re: factors considered re: return to face to face meetings.
