              If you think that you will have motions in the closing plenary on Tuesday (November 16th), please let me know, so I can compile the motions deck for a CAC review on Monday. I can help you craft motions if you are not sure of the wording.

 

In addition, please send me any changes to your timelines and web-page updates.

 

Also remember to authorise any teleconferences that you wish to have after the closing plenary, remembering the 10 day notice period. Thanks.
