5. Registration reminder slide for chairs to use in agenda announcements

Paid registration for the January 2022 meeting is required.

Robert has sent out a slide for all TG/SG/SCs to use in their agenda decks to remind attendees of the registration requirement.
6. Future meetings

March 2022 – EC Decision on December 7 for all electronic. 802 Plenary session is March 4-18.

WG11 Session dates. Propose March 7-15. Discussion.

March 7-15 will be the dates per the straw poll results

March 10-18 alternate proposal

Registration fee structure for the March 2022 meeting was announced.

Discussion – rationale. 12 of prior contracts were re-negotiated without penalties, this one was not.

May 2022 – Warsaw. Decision on in-person/hybrid/electronic planned February 2, 2022. Update on Wireless Chairs meeting using the
MTG Event hybrid meeting tool.

May 2023 – Will be an Orlando March 2022 re-schedule (reduced the penalties for the cancellation)
