Dear all,
there has been a some confusion about teleconference times recently for several sub-groups, so please can you remember:
1) Announce teleconferences 10 days in advance by email, not just in closing reports.
2) Please state all times using a 24 hour clock format in ET. If the start time is midnight ET, then stating 23:59 ET is better than 00:00 ET.
