    3. Prior registration non-paid

    4. May 2022 Marriott Warsaw to be rebooked to May 2024

  2. September meeting preparation, motion status and planned ballots, logistics

    2. Registration totals to date for September – Jon Rosdahl: 414 (230 in person, 183 remote, 1 student) so far 
    3. Ballot items out of July and expected in September 
      • SA Ballot Pools are now open for P802.11bb and P802.11bc, close August 31 
      • P802.11bb D3.0 WG Recirculation ballot is open, closes August 31 
      • Sent P802.11bd D5.0 to ETSI TC ITS (further to their request for latest draft) 
      • P802.11bc D4.0 – by August 12 (estimated) WGLB recirculation open 
      • P802.11bd D6.0 SA Ballot Recirculation – estimated Aug 12 
      • P802.11az D6.0 SA Ballot Recirculation – estimated Aug 19 
    4. Motions in September 
      • UHR SG Chair confirmation motion 
      • P802.11REVme – D2.0 – WG Recirculation 
      • P802.11bh D1.0 – Initial WGLB 
      • P802.11bf D1.0 – Likely November 

         
    5. Paid registration is required, please include Robert’s slide in your agenda deck  
    6. Tool training sessions planned – Jon Rosdahl. Training in-person Sept 11 1:30 Local Hawaii time. Also two additional electronic training Sessions Tuesday August 30th noon and 8 PM Eastern. 
    7. Appointments/liaison items

    1. Done -Wider distribution for WNG call for contributions - Jim Lansford inviting researchers from a set of universities.

    3. IEEE 802 Student Outreach planned in July 2023 (Berlin)

      Plan to update per comments received, discuss at mid-week Plenary in September.
