The next IEEE 802 Plenary session will be the November 2023 IEEE 802 Plenary Session, November 12-17, 2023. The November session shall be Mixed Mode with In-Person participation at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, in Honolulu, HI. USA.

At this time I am requesting your first draft of Working Group Meeting Specs following the September sessions.

Please share this information with the Working Group member who is charged with organizing the listing of the meetings your Working Group anticipates will be part of the November 2023 Sessions.

Specifically, please include the following details:
· Day of Session
· Start Time
· End Time
· WG Number (example: 3)
· Meeting Name
· Meeting Room Size: Small (1-25 people), Medium (26-75 people), Large (76-100), Ballroom (100+ people)
· Room Name (See Meeting Specs Tab in Worksheet)
· Comments (if applicable)

Please send the WG specsto myself and Dawn Slykhouse directly by 12 PM PT Friday September 29, 2023.
