1.       September and prior meeting follow-up 

1. Webpages, minutes, and timeline updates – please send to Stephen McCann if you have not already done so. 
2. Mentor groups are set up for TGbn and IMMW SG 
3. Listserv reflector for TGbn requested; should be active tomorrow. Jon R will send an email notification when the
   
   reflector is active. All current members of the 802.11 WG reflector will be automatically added to the new TGbn reflector.
   

2.       Registration – November 

1. Registration totals so far for November are below. The $300 registration discount is only for those staying in the conference hotel.
   

3.       November 2023  

1. Venue is the Hawaiian Village in Honolulu on the island of Oahu (not the big island, Hawaii). Registration is open. Please register if you have not already done so. 
2. Tool training session planned – Jon Rosdahl. Training in-person Sunday November 12, 2023 1:30 Local Eastern time. Scarlet boxes will be used for the Webex access. 
3. Please include Robert’s registration reminder slide in your agenda deck.  
4. Snapshot slides due to Robert before the November 12th CAC meeting.

1. P802.11REVme D4.0 SA ballot is open – Closes Oct 12 (extended)

1. P802.11bn (Alfred) and IMMW Chair (Laurent) confirmation motions
2. P802.11bf D3.0 recirculation WGLB
