    • Telecons: Stephen will take over telecon scheduling.
 
  1. July 2024 session -
    • Venue is Le Centre Sheraton Montreal Hotel, Montreal, Canada. Registration is open.
    • ITU-T SG15 workshop on the Saturday, July 13. Must register separately.

      • 490+ people in-person, 6 students, 321 virtual, total 847
      • (vs 900 for March)
    • In-room Webex/video/audio training session planned for Sunday at 13:30.
      • If you have had problems, please attend the training session
      • Will use the Scarlet box as in the past
      • Will include new polling tool (Slido)

        • 3 comments; forwarded to 802.1
        • All comments resolved (rejected). SA ballot starting soon.
      • CC49 on P802.11bi/D0.4 closes June 27
    • Motions for session
      • PAR and CSD for IMMW SG
      • Approve changes to OM (Stephen McCann)
      • Conditional approval for RevCom for REVme

    • 1 confirmed presentation. Expect 2 more.
    • Jim will not be present in-person.
 
  1. Round table and AOB
    • Mark Rison: process for number allocation – add process to editors deck and review at Tue meeting.
    • Alfred: Asking if the name of the person requesting a recorded vote is recorded in the minutes. Answer: Yes, same as for motions (name is recorded).
    • Stephen: Elaborated. For an action item, person’s name is also recorded.
    • Joesph: Comment wrt action item on ballot notices. SA ballot notice emails are not clear.

    • IEEE-SA myProject tool request: Add a calendar reminder to be sent to SA ballot pool members when SA ballot opens – Request initiated. Christy will follow up with greg on the open ticket.
