Hi Lisa,
Attached is R1 of the 802/802W/802.11/.18/.19/.24 room requests as of September 26, 2024.
The 802.11 CAC will meet on Monday and they may have a change or two (I hope not).

Edward, Tuncer and Tim:
I have prepared the .18/.19/.24 shared room assignments, but will need them to check that I have them correctly assigned.

The 802 Assignments are also included - As of today, I do not have any Tutorial requests received, so the No Tutorial choices should be ok.
802 - Rules Meeting would be Monday night 7:39-9:30pm
802 - History Adhoc would be Monday 6:30-7:30pm -- To be confirmed with Paul.
802 - Chairs Office Hours - Thursday 9:00-10:00am -- To Be confirmed with James.
       802 - JTC1 is allocated Tuesday

802W Assignments for Sunday 4pm

Please NOTE that I have been asked to move the MixedMode AV training session to 2:30pm-3:30pm (14:30-15:30) to allow a chance for better attendance.
So we will try that and the 802.11 officer prep meeting will be moved to 1:30pm-2:30pm (13:30-14:30)

I will be back in the office on Tuesday, Oct 2 and can look to resolve any issues/questions then.

Kind Regards,
Jon

HI Everyone,

I hope this email finds you well and your recent sessions were productive.

Please send your meeting specifications for the 2024 November IEEE 802 Plenary Session as soon as possible.

I have attached a worksheet template that you can use to share your information in a uniform way, but if you have other similar documentation please feel free to send it to me.

All specs must have the following details completed:
·       Day of Session
·       Start Time
·       End Time
·       WG Number (example: 3)
·       Meeting Name
·       Meeting Room Size: Small (1-25 people), Medium (26-75 people), Large (76-100), Ballroom (100+ people)
·       Prefered Seating Arrangement (Board Room, School Room, UShape)
·       Prefered AV Equipment for Presentations (Head Table, Screen(s), Microphones etc.),
·       Comments/Notes (if applicable)

We will do our best to accommodate your meeting requests but may need to adjust the room setup based on the actual room sizes and availability of equipment.

Please share your requirements with me by 12 PM Pacific Time  Wednesday October 2, 2024 so we can ensure that all of the supporting vendors can prepare to support the event in the best way possible.

If you have any questions or concerns about the meeting space assignments and set up for your Working Group please let me know I am happy to help where I can.

Warmly,

Lisa Ronmark
