Hello Robert,

TGbk approved the following motion:

Motion:

Having approved comment resolutions for all of the comments received from SA #1 on TGbk D3.0 as contained in documents 11-24-1920r3, 11-24-1986r3 and 11-25-049r1 .
Instruct the editor to prepare TGbk D4.0 incorporating these resolutions and,
Approve a 15 day Sponsor Recirculation Ballot asking the question “Should TGbk D4.0 be forwarded to RevCom?”

Results (Y/N/A): 7/0/0 motion passes.

TGbk chair has indicated D4.0 is expected to be available by end of next week, and I’d like to request to target the recirculation ballot opening to Jan. 20^th .

Additionally, with the TGbk completing response for the initial SA, TGbk will not meet during the Kobe meeting week, and accordingly I’d like to release the Tue. PM1 meeting slot.
