The following is my request for TGbq.

Estimated Attendance (Room Size):  60

If you leave the following facilities requests blank, you will get a
default based on your estimated attendance:

Fixed Sessions:   Desired (but will be flexible while understanding the challenge):  Wednesday AM2, Thursday AM2
 
List any meeting of your Group that needs to be at a fixed time,
including joint meetings with other 802.11 Groups or groups outside of
802.11. If your fixed meeting is a joint meeting, indicate what other group the meeting is with. Include these sessions in your total above
of sessions required/desired.
