Changes in R3: 
1. 802 LMSC Opening Meeting - Time Change 8-10:30am
2.Corrected times for Tuesday PM3 - 19:30-21:30

4. Wednesday PM2: 
R3: Delete TGbn MAC - Add TGbn Joint
R3: Delete TGbn PHY

5. Change to names to be consistent for "802 LMSC"
6. Change to Training name "802 LMSC Mixed Mode Meeting Officer Training"

For Stephen:
    IMAT Changes:
1. Change Extra to Normal for all AM1/AM2/PM1/PM2 giving us 16 Normal (Required) Slots ==> Min 12 mtgs to gain attendance credit.
2. Change TGbr and TGbq to use the correct PAR assignment. ("802.11bq" and "802.11br")
3. Change Editor to use  "802.11 WG"
4. Change Friday 802.11 Closing Plenary to have 2 credit for attendance.

For CAC Report on Registration:

Note the start times for Monday through Friday are generally 1 hour later than we normally use.

We could start Friday Closing Plenary at 8am if needed, but we have a HARD STOP at 12:00pm regardless of our start time.
